Joe received his
real estate license in 2003 and has been involved in real estate marketing
for 8 years. He is former managing editor of the Northern Virginia Daily.
He manages property that he and his wife, Teresa, own in Winchester and
Frederick County. He is a founding board member and currently serves as president of
the Winchester Property Owners Association. He is an audiophile with a
